How do you feel after sex? And how does the boy you’ve slept with feel afterwards?

These have been big questions for me for a long time, but I think I’ve just accepted the fact that guys sleep after sex!
When you have just had an orgasm, do you feel like loving, caring and chatting?
This usually doesn't happen with most guys (all of this is an opinion by the way, so please do confirm it with facts, experiences, and books!)

There is a hormone called Oxytocin, and reading into its definition reveals that...

Oxytocin (Oxt) pron. is a mammalian neurohypophysial hormone that acts primarily as a neuromodulator in the brain.
Oxytocin is best known for its roles in sexual reproduction, in particular during and after childbirth. It is released in large amounts after distension of the cervix and uterus during labor, facilitating birthmaternal bonding, and, after stimulation of the nipplesbreastfeeding. Both childbirth and milk ejection result from positive feedback mechanisms.
Recent studies (2009) have begun to investigate oxytocin's role in various behaviors, including orgasm, social recognition, pair bondinganxiety, and maternal behaviors. For this reason, it is sometimes referred to as the "love hormone". The inability to secrete oxytocin and feel empathy is linked to sociopathypsychopathynarcissism, and general manipulativeness. However, there is some evidence that oxytocin promotes 'tribal' behaviour, incorporating the trust and empathy of in-groups with their suspicion and rejection of outsiders.Don’t be insulted if your partner starts sawing logs right after your most intimate moments together. Men fall asleep after sex for several main reasons—none of which are related to your relationship, personality or performance in bed.

It’s a biological thing! So, uffffff what is there to worry about anymore?
As it says, it does affect your behaviour and your mood so yeah, when we say it's not me, it's my hormones, it’s actually true!!!!!!

I hope this info is as useful for you as it is for me!

You can find more information about what makes guys sleep after sex from different studies at Best Health Magazine, where the main points discussed are:
- “A man’s body chemistry changes after orgasm.”
- “It is thought that exertion during sex and after climax depletes the muscles of energy -producing glycogen. This leaves men feeling sleepy. Since men have more muscle mass than women, men become more tired after sex.”
- “Women like to ‘process’ their experiences, hence the desire to talk after sex.”
- “Both men and women usually feel relaxed, warm, content and sleepy” after sex.
- “Not all men fall asleep after sex. Some do enjoy cuddling or talking afterwards.”

We men and women are different! It is natural and the best thing is to ACCEPT it. As soon as you do, you’re not gonna expect anything else from them, as his body is going to do just what it has to do! It is not his fault! Or your fault! It is just as it has to be!
When I say accept things it doesn't mean you have to be happy with everything, it just means that we cannot change these things so what's the point in bothering!!?

Relationships...yeah one of the most difficult things to deal with sometimes, and not only between couples (friendships, relatives and so on). I have found an article focusing on the differences between men and women, and it is really worth reading!
They point to differences in the difficulties in communication, differences in brain development, abilities, controlling emotions, brain size and more!

And again, knowledge and acceptance...

All these articles let us understand what's going on a little better!

NOTE: Everything we say in this blog is an opinion. We also generalize about girls and boys so that we can understand in general terms; each person is different and there are always a lot of exceptions! I usually don't like to generalize but from my experience and other experiences there are few coincidences around! Also, different experiences are most welcome here so that we can contrast and compare.

I could explain a woman’s brain like:

Do you agree?

Have the Best Sex ever!

Do you actually want to know what you have to do to have GREAT SEX? I bet you do! Follow these steps: 1- Build a strong, trusting relationship with someone, a loving relationship I mean, where you enjoy being together, have fun with each other, and actually love each other. 2- Break up when the relationship is still great. Say something like, "It was going to finish anyway, so I thought it’d be better to end it  better now that we still get on as I don´t want to remember you for bad"  in a negative way" or something like that! 3- Keep distance for more than a week - feel the pain - miss each other - cry, cry, cry. And then meet up again for one night, for a catch up. THAT IS THE BEST SEX EVER! Trust me! Sensual Sweet  Playful Creative Passional I know this sounds like a joke, but I mean it, seriously. I mean, I mean, I meaaaaan... WOW I do remember how great sex has been with ALL my exes (not that I have had ma

The smell of love - How not to miss him or her

Pheromones. We've also all heard of them, but what actually are they and how do they effect us? Cue boring science-y bit, let's learn something together. Pheromones are a type of hormone that operate outside of the body and send signals which are received through the nose. These signals effect members of the same species in either a physical or emotional way.  NOTE. I am going to confess something by the end of this article, so read the whole of it or go to the end! According to research conducted in Sweden using brain imaging, men and women can send and respond to these signals through an area in the brain called the hyperthalamos which deals with sexual behaviour and emotions specifically.  So what we are really saying here is that men (or women) looking to get some action, release the smell of I-am-looking-for-action and that someone will respond to this, all without words. You know that feeling you get when you first meet someone and you are way ne

Have you ever found yourself in a non expected date?

So, this is the situation. You meet someone (a guy, ok, no, “a man”), who seems to be nice, then after an hour comfortably chatting to each other he tries to kiss you, you say “no, I don´t want to, thanks”. He asks why, you say, I just don´t want to. He is ok with that but asks you to catch up again in few days, I say “yeah why not, its ok” (thinking this could be a great friendship or even a business opportunity, who knows), after saying I don´t want to kiss you I really thought that part was clear! He is an interesting man, attractive (kind of) and has a good heart. Then on the second meeting, we go to the beach, he comes all ready to have an amazing few hours and says he booked a table in a very nice restaurant nearby. All seems to be going so well, we connect, we have great conversations, we complement each other (REALLY NICE COMPLEMENTS), we have a super bath at the sea, we start planning a video shoot together, we chat chat chat (at this point I really thought it was
